The film tells the story of Adrian, a young Venezuelan man working in Poland who becomes disillusioned by a fraudulent employment agency in 2020. Trapped in a cycle of exploitation while waiting for a work permit, he finds himself a key participant in the very system that victimizes him. When a new group of workers arrives, Adrian is faced with a difficult choice: continue with his own plan for escape or help the others.
A sudden accident forces him to confront the grim reality behind the lies he was told since arriving in Poland.

Silent trees

The film "The Silent Tree" is set against the backdrop of the 2021 Polish-Belarusian border crisis. The story follows Runa, a teenage Kurdish girl whose mother died of hypothermia during their journey. Now in a refugee camp with her father and younger brothers, Runa must quickly mature, learn a new language, and care for her siblings while helping her father navigate their new reality. Overwhelmed and exhausted, she finds solace in her sketchbook, where her drawings come to life through animation.

Basia: Three short stories

"I've decided that this is the year I'm going to die," says an eighty-year-old woman named Basia with a laugh. She is a devoted grandmother, mother, and sister, as well as a performer. We follow her as she prepares for the performance of a lifetime. The film provides an intimate look at how art seamlessly intertwines with her daily life and relationships, creating a personal story about aging and mortality experienced in the first person. The climax is Basia's final, poignant performance.
